Crop Production in Taiwan

Crop production in taiwan is divided into several categories:

3.有機農法：不加化學農藥，但是添加有機堆肥，所以沒有農藥殘留問題，而且可以大量生產。

4.有機無毒：一般統稱無毒，是指因為幼苗幼葉，無法抵抗蟲害，所以施以一次的農藥除蟲。

但是收成檢驗無農藥殘留和低於標準。

5.慣行農法：就是現在農民最常使用的方法，使用便宜的化學農藥和化學肥料。

雖然成本低，但是營養價值低，且對人體有害。

有一個笑話，農民說：台北人真厲害，吃有毒的蔬菜，毒都毒不死。

台北人卻質疑，農民噴農藥，豈不是自己先吸收，自己先受害。

最重要是破壞地質，造成酸化。

土地沒有微生物和有益小生物。

造成失去生產力。

所以越種，品質和產量越差。

主管難為！接下主管職前，你該想清楚的五件事

「要不要調升為主管職？」對很多人而言，這樣的問題根本不用多花腦筋考慮。你對公司事務瞭若指掌，準備如魚得水的大展身手；你有參與代表作的機會，為自己的履歷增添幾筆戰績；更可以期待的是，你的薪水袋會變得豐厚不少。

但是，在搬到獨立的辦公室之前，請先想想伴隨著更高頭銜而來的五個重要問題：

1.你真的想承擔這麼多責任嗎?

領導者或許總是得到最多的榮耀，但失敗時，也往往必須承擔最多的責難。你準備好去承擔預算和截止期限的壓力了嗎？在下屬遲到或犯錯時手忙腳亂的救火，或是去討好一個難搞的客戶、一個沒耐心的上司嗎？

若你的個性不適合擔任管理職，你可能因此而喪失自信，也沒辦法把事情做好。如果你的性格更適合「只做份內的事」，就別急著擔任管理職，反而能帶給你更多自信與成就感。

4.你準備好當茶餘飯後的標靶嗎?

有些事情是很現實的。當你一升上管理職，你會發現同事對你的觀感都變了，他們開始覺得「你不是我們這一國的」，讓你得開始適應新的辦公室人際關係。

管理階層把你視為他們的一份子，屬於管理團隊。同事會把你歸在管理階層的那一邊，認為你不再是他們的一份子。也因此，以前和你吃午餐、喝咖啡、一起抱怨老闆的夥伴，可能與你漸行漸遠。你會失去你的支援部隊。他們看著你，然後用不同的方式對待你。

5.新的職位將如何改變你的生活?

升上主管職後，就是另一個職涯階段了。你準備好迎接挑戰了嗎？更長的工時、更重的壓力，又或者必須常常出差海外，進而影響你的家庭生活？
