Crop Production in Taiwan

Crop production in taiwan is divided into several categories:

1. Natural farming: without pesticides and fertilizers, and local grass and leaves composting, and natural sunlight and rain for nutrients, naturally formed small ecosystem.

台灣的種植生產方式，大約可以分為以下幾類：

2.樸門農法：雖然也是以天地人動植物，形成自然生態系為主，但是部份做法也添加有機堆肥來改變地質。

相對於自然農法的主張認為，添加在地以外的任何物質，越是營養就越會招來各樣有益和有害的物種，破壞當地生態平衡。

3.有機農法：不加化學農藥，但是添加有機堆肥，所以沒有農藥殘留問題，而且可以大量生產。

4.有機無毒：一般統稱無毒，是指因為幼苗幼葉，無法抵抗蟲害，所以施以一次的農藥除蟲。

5.慣行農法：就是現在農民最常使用的方法，使用便宜的化學農藥和化學肥料。

雖然成本低，但是營養價值低，且對人體有害。

有一個笑話，農民說：台北人真厲害，吃有毒的蔬菜，毒都毒不死。

台北人卻質疑，農民噴農藥，豈不是自己先吸收，自己先受害。

最重要是破壞地質，造成酸化。

土地沒有微生物和有益小生物。

造成失去生產力。

所以越種，品質和產量越差。
