Crop Production in Taiwan


Crop production in taiwan is divided into several categories:
1. Natural farming: without pesticides and fertilizers, and local grass and leaves composting, and natural sunlight and rain for nutrients, naturally formed small ecosystem.
Plants slowly absorbed various elements of the earth,
That is delicious and high nutritional value of fruits and vegetables.
2. Permaculture farming: Although this is the sky, the earth, people, animals and plants as the main body to form a natural ecosystem, but part of the practice is to add organic compost to change the geology.
With respect to natural farming advocates believe that adding any foreign substance, the more nutrients will provoke more harmful species, destruction of local ecological balance.
3. Organic farming: without chemical pesticides, but the addition of organic compost, so no pesticide residues, and can be mass-produced.

So it is more than worse by quality and yield when it is more many planting.
台灣的種植生產方式,大約可以分為以下幾類:
1.自然農法:不加農藥和肥料,以在地草葉堆肥和自然陽光及雨水為養分,自然形成小小生態系。
植物慢慢吸收大地各種元素生成,蔬果味道和營養價值最佳。
2.樸門農法:雖然也是以天地人動植物,形成自然生態系為主,但是部份做法也添加有機堆肥來改變地質。
相對於自然農法的主張認為,添加在地以外的任何物質,越是營養就越會招來各樣有益和有害的物種,破壞當地生態平衡。
3.有機農法:不加化學農藥,但是添加有機堆肥,所以沒有農藥殘留問題,而且可以大量生產。
目前以白米炸彈客楊儒門248市集為主,並且造成台灣各地有機市集興起。
4.有機無毒:一般統稱無毒,是指因為幼苗幼葉,無法抵抗蟲害,所以施以一次的農藥除蟲。
但是收成檢驗無農藥殘留和低於標準。
5.慣行農法:就是現在農民最常使用的方法,使用便宜的化學農藥和化學肥料。
雖然成本低,但是營養價值低,且對人體有害。
有一個笑話,農民說:台北人真厲害,吃有毒的蔬菜,毒都毒不死。
台北人卻質疑,農民噴農藥,豈不是自己先吸收,自己先受害。
最重要是破壞地質,造成酸化。
土地沒有微生物和有益小生物。
造成失去生產力。
所以越種,品質和產量越差。
