Dumb Guys and Electronic Official Document App

If I were he, I think that it's not all responsibility on me.
Because I was working hard too for our team.

I hadn't gotten the message at first times, so my manager should be give me a calling with the another message to handle it, or ask me to confirm it.
There is no right or wrong, just want to be better for our teams.

Previously, it was very inefficient and often wrong, about that to receive and archive documents of public authorities.

But now with a new software of Electronic Official Document, especially, the "Document Process".
Who sent? Who received? What time? Where is the documents now? Everyone know!

To write about the conclusion first, if someone can edit a software of Electronic Official Document to check the list, then this problem can be solved.
The most important is that it is a good business model, and entrepreneurship opportunity.
