The way for solution defects

I don't know that how to do at private company.
But by my way, it is better that usually there is a person to do something for team's personal things, not team's work. 

Let the members of your team keep going continue to do personal things for others of your team.
As like as that local admin, general services, agents, fire-fighter, relief pitcher, "交辦店" on the ship.

The person has strong ability, and can be done everything.
At newspaper I had seen that one or two persons just to do some personal things of their co-workers in large company.

I knew that unfortunately the person just be you, and it is as like as me too.
It is best that let everyone has ability of life, then to help others of the team.

I don't know either that how much time does your team can wasting at private company.
But you can make a lesson for life ability as like as England study, at evening or holiday.

Maybe there are only a little people to begin first. Keep going to cultivate their feelings, to play professional helping colleagues in eating and drinking.

Hope so everyone understand each other, reducing the time to leave, maybe someone can proxy you and help you in your busy schedule.
